Ricotta Cake
Ricotta Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 plain yellow cake mix, 2 lb. ricotta cheese, 3/4 c. sugar, 4 eggs and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Prepare cake mix as directed on box.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan, greased and floured.
Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine and mix until creamy the Ricotta cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Pour cheese mixture over batter.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 1 hour. Cool completely and sprinkle with confectioners sugar. Refrigerate.
Serves 9 to 12.
