Ricotta Cake
Ricotta Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ricotta cheese, 3/4 c. sugar, 3 eggs, beaten with fork, 1 lemon cake mix, prepared according to directions and 1 small chocolate hershey bar with almonds (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Mix Ricotta, sugar and eggs by hand.
Then add chocolate bar that has been finely chopped and cinnamon.
Prepare cake mix and pour into greased 9 x 13 pan.
Carefully spoon Ricotta mixture on top of batter.
Bake at 350Β° for 60 to 65 minutes.
Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
