Rich Roll Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter, 2/3 c. sugar, 1 egg, 2 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cream the butter and sugar.
Beat in egg.
Combine and add flour, salt and vanilla.
Chill dough 3 to 4 hours (this is the secret to success!).
Roll out in 2 pieces of waxed paper.
