Rice with Carrots
Rice With Carrots is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. rice (regular), 4 soup spoons cooking oil, 3 medium carrots, 2 little sprigs parsley and 1 dark red chile pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Soak the rice in hot water for 5 to 10 minutes and rinse well. Fry in the oil for 5 minutes with the dark red chile pepper and the garlic.
Add the finely chopped carrots and one whole washed carrot.
Add the chicken broth and parsley; salt to taste.
Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes at low heat.
Put in a container with the other carrots and rest of the chile pepper.
Mix in tuna.
Enjoy yourself and lick your fingers happily.
