Rice Soufflé
Rice Soufflé is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. cooked rice, 3 eggs, separated, 1/4 lb. cheddar cheese, grated, 2 tbsp. butter and 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
👨🍳 Instructions
Separate eggs; beat egg whites until they form stiff peaks. In another bowl combine egg yolks, cold rice, milk and cheese. Gently fold in egg whites.
Butter baking dish; gently spoon in mixture.
Bake at 300° for 30 to 40 minutes or until top is golden brown.
