Rice Salad
Rice Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) mini marshmallows, 1 (no. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice), 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened, 3 tbsp. sugar and 1 1/2 tbsp. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook rice with juice of cherries and pineapple and enough water so you have 2 cups cooked rice.
Combine pineapple and marshmallows; set aside.
Mix cream cheese, sugar and mayonnaise. Chop cherries and mix all together with Cool Whip and nuts. Chill.
