Rice Salad
Rice Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box chicken rice-a-roni, cooked and chilled, 1/2 green pepper, chopped, 3 or 4 green onions, chopped, 8 or 10 stuffed olives, sliced and 3/4 c. sliced water chestnuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Drain oil from artichokes and add to salad dressing.
Mix all together; salt and pepper lightly.
May add a pinch of sugar and 1/4 teaspoon curry powder, if desired.
Ham, chicken or shrimp is added at the last.
Cover and chill overnight.
