Rice Sabrosa

In an ovenproof skillet, saute beef, onion and green pepper with seasonings until meat is no longer pink and vegetables are tender.
Stir frequently to crumble meat.
Add tomatoes and rice. Top with cheese and bake at 350Β° until cheese melts.
Makes 6 to 7 servings.
