Rice Pudding(Rizogalo)
Rice Pudding(Rizogalo) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 qt. milk, 1 c. water, 2/3 c. long grain rice, 2/3 c. sugar and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Heat milk and water in saucepan.
Add rice; stir.
Add sugar, salt and butter and stir, then let simmer for 50 minutes.
Beat 2 eggs in separate bowl and slowly add hot mixture.
Beat constantly.
Add vanilla and stir gently.
Ladle into dessert dishes and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Refrigerate.
Serves 8.
