Rice Pudding
Rice Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 qt. homogenized milk, 1 c. uncooked rice, 6 eggs, 1 c. sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
In a large 8-quart pan, put milk, rice and butter.
Cook 50 to 55 minutes on medium heat, so that it boils slowly.
Keep on stirring with a wire whisk.
Beat 6 eggs, sugar and vanilla with whisk.
Add to rice last 5 minutes and let them cook together. Put in a bowl or 9 x 12 x 3-inch pan.
Sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon.
Always keep it with a slow boil.
