Rice Pudding
Rice Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. uncooked instant rice, prepare according to pkg. directions, 5 eggs, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In mixing bowl, beat the eggs and add sugar, salt, vanilla and nutmeg.
Mix well and add scalded milk and stir well.
Place the rice in a 2-quart baking dish. Pour the egg mixture over rice and stir to blend.
Place the baking dish in a cake or similar pan and pour 1-inch or less of hot water in the larger pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes, until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
Serves 4 to 6.
