Rice Pudding
Rice Pudding is an easy dinner. Made with 4 c. instant rice (uncooked), 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 (12 oz. each) cans pet evaporated milk (save can to measure regular milk), 3 cans regular milk and cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In a 3-quart casserole (ungreased), mix all of the ingredients together.
Sprinkle cinnamon over top.
Bake at 350Β°, uncovered, for 50 minutes.
Stir occasionally to prevent a hard crust from forming on top.
Add regular milk if it gets too dry.
