Rice Pudding
Rice Pudding is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant), 2 1/2 c. milk, 1/2 c. dark seedless raisins, 1/2 c. instant rice and cinnamon or nutmeg (for sprinkling), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In a deep, 1-quart, heat-resistant (microwave-safe) casserole, combine all ingredients.
Heat, uncovered, on High in microwave oven for 8 minutes or until the mixture boils.
Stir mixture occasionally during last 3 minutes of cooking time.
Sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg.
Serve either hot or chilled.
