Rice Pudding
Rice Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. uncooked rice, 1/2 gal. milk, 3/4 c. sugar, 4 large scoops vanilla ice cream and cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Place rice, milk and salt in a large pan; begin to cook over medium heat.
When milk is warm, add sugar and continue to cook slowly, stirring every 5 to 10 minutes.
Requires 1 to 1 1/2 hours of cooking.
Add raisins halfway through cooking.
When rice is thick, add ice cream and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Let cool in refrigerator.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
