Rice Pudding
Rice Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. rice, 4 c. milk, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 c. additional milk and 3 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In the top of a double boiler, cook rice, 4 cups milk and salt for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
Combine additional milk, eggs, sugar and vanilla in a large bowl.
When rice is cooked, blend with egg mixture.
Pour into a greased 7 x 11-inch ovenproof dish. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Set dish into a baking pan with hot water. Bake 50 to 55 minutes at 350Β°.
