Rice Pudding
Rice Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/8 c. sugar, 1 c. uncooked white rice, 1/4 lb. butter (1 stick), 3 eggs and 2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In large nonstick pan, combine rice, milk, butter and 1/8 cup sugar.
Bring to a boil; simmer for 1/2 hour.
Combine remainder of sugar, vanilla and eggs in a bowl; beat until smooth.
Remove rice mixture from heat; add egg mixture and stir well.
Place in container to chill.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
