Rice Pudding is an easy dinner. Made with 8 tbsp. rice (raw), 2 qt. milk, 1 c. sugar, 1 tbsp. vanilla and cinnamon and nutmeg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In a 2-quart baking dish add raw rice, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon and nutmeg to taste.

Mix well with about 1/2 cup of milk.

Pour the rest of the milk in to about 1/2 inch from top of dish.

Bake 1 1/2 hours, stirring every 1/2 hour, at 350Β°. Thickens as it cools.
