Rice Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. rice, 1/2 c. sugar, dash of salt, 2 eggs and 1/2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Put raisins in boiling water for softening.

Drain before putting in the rice pudding.

Boil rice and dash of salt; drain it.

Put into casserole dish, then add sugar, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon and nuts.

Mix well, then add raisins.

Add milk.

Before you put into oven put cinnamon on top.

Bake for 50 minutes at 350Β°.

Done when cake tester doesn't stick.
