Rice Pudding
Rice Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. raw rice, then cooked according to directions, 1 can evaporated milk, add enough whole milk to make 4 c., 4 eggs, slightly beaten, 2/3 c. sugar and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients, except raisins.
In an 11 x 13-inch pan, sprinkle bottom evenly with the 3/4 cup raisins. Pour the ingredients over raisins.
Place pan inside larger pan filled with 1 inch water.
Bake at 350Β° for about 1 hour. Pudding will "set" after removal from oven.
Don't overbake.
