Rice Pudding
Rice Pudding is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. cooked long grain white rice, 4 c. milk (must be whole milk), 1/2 c. sugar, sprinkle of nutmeg and 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Put cooked rice, milk, sugar and nutmeg in medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally, until thick. Remove from stove. Add vanilla.
Let cool.
After cool, sprinkle with cinnamon and refrigerate.
