Rice Pudding
Rice Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. rice, cooked, 1/2 c. sugar, 2 egg yolks, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1/2 stick butter (approximately), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cook rice; add sugar, egg yolks and vanilla, then add butter and cream until soupy.
Pour into Corning Ware skillet.
Beat egg whites, then add vanilla and slowly add 1/2 cup sugar.
Pour on top of pudding mixture and cook at 350Β° until egg whites are golden brown.
