Rice Pudding
Rice Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. cooked rice, 1/4 c. sugar, 2 beaten eggs, 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 1/8 tsp. nutmeg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine rice, sugar, eggs, vanilla, nutmeg and raisins.
Stir in scalded milk.
Pour into 1-quart casserole.
Place casserole in 9 x 9-inch baking dish which has 1 inch of hot water.
Bake at 350Β° for 55 minutes, until knife comes out clean.
Stir after 30 minutes.
