Rice Pilaf
Rice Pilaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. cooked long-grain rice, 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced, 4 green onions, chopped (including 1/2 of the tops), 3 tbsp. butter and 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a small skillet, saute onions and mushrooms in melted butter.
Remove from heat.
Add lemon juice, chicken broth, parsley and salt.
Combine with cooked rice.
Add additional butter, if desired.
