Rice Pilaf
Rice Pilaf is an easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. butter or margarine, 1 chopped onion, 2 c. long grain rice (minute rice) and 1 c. real fine noodles (raw), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Brown the ingredients and use lots of salt and pepper.
Boil 2 cups of chicken broth, add to the ingredients, cover and cook, over medium heat, for 15 minutes and do not peek.
After 15 minutes, look and cook 5 minutes more.
Mix well.
Serve with the chicken and broccoli.
