Rice Pilaf
Rice Pilaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. margarine, 1 c. vermicelli (broken into small pieces), 1 c. long grain white rice, 2 cans campbell's chicken broth and parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Brown the vermicelli in the margarine.
Add the rice and the chicken broth.
Crumble in some parsley flakes.
Salt heavily, cover, bring to boil.
Simmer 30 minutes or until tender.
Stir before serving.
(May need to add a little water, as it is simmering, if liquid cooks out.)
