Rice Pilaf
Rice Pilaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, 3/4 c. butter, 6 to 8 green onions, chopped, 3 cans beef consomme and 2 cans water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Saute rice in butter in large skillet.
Add mushrooms and onion.
Cook until tender; add consomme and water.
Stir well in 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
