Saute rice with butter until browned.

Place in baking dish and add bouillon, water, juice, mushrooms, almonds and green onions. Cover and bake 45 minutes at 350Β°.

May also cook in saucepan on stove top 25 to 30 minutes.

Serves 6 to 8.
