Rice Pilaf
Rice Pilaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 oz. mushrooms, 2 tsp. oregano, 2 c. uncooked rice, 1/2 lb. butter and 8 green onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Saute mushrooms in their juice in a heavy skillet.
Add oregano, rice and butter.
Chop finely and add ALL of green onions including the top green part.
Into a large casserole, put beef consomme and hot water.
Add all other ingredients and bake approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour at 450Β°. When it is finished, all the liquid will be absorbed.
