Rice Pilaf
Rice Pilaf is an easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. butter, 1/4 c. shallots, minced, 1/2 c. rice, 1/4 tsp. garlic, minced and 1 c. chicken stock, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Melt butter and saute shallots until transparent.
Add rice and garlic and cook, stirring, about 5 minutes. Don't brown.
Add boiling chicken stock.
Cover and cook over low heat for 15 to 18 minutes. Serves 2 to 3.
