Rice Pilaf
Rice Pilaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. minced onion, 3 tbsp. butter, 1 1/2 c. chicken broth, 1/8 tsp. pepper and 3/4 c. raw rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Saute onion in butter (use medium size pot) until tender.
Add chicken broth, pepper and rice.
Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
Stir in almonds.
Cover pot and reduce heat.
Simmer until done, approximately 20 minutes.
