Rice Pilaf
Rice Pilaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. rice, 1/4 c. margarine, 1/4 c. finely chopped onion, 2 c. water and 2 beef bouillon cubes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Brown rice in margarine. Add chopped onion and saute for a short time.
Meanwhile, heat water with beef bouillon cubes until cubes are dissolved. Add salt.
May cook on top of stove or in oven.
If cooking on top, bring rice mixture to a boil and turn to lowest setting after stirring once with a fork.
Keep covered until done (approximately 30 to 40 minutes).
If cooking in oven, use 350Β°.
