Rice-Pecan Stuffing
Rice-Pecan Stuffing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 boxes uncle ben's long grain and wild rice mix, chicken bouillon, 1/2 c. margarine, 2 c. chopped onion and 2 c. chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook rice according to box directions, substituting bouillon for water (include seasoning packets).
Melt margarine in skillet. Add onion, celery and parsley.
Saute onion, celery and parsley over low heat until tender, stirring frequently.
Combine with cooked rice, pecans, giblets and seasonings.
Toss together lightly.
Bake in large dish at 350Β° until hot.
