Rice Lasagna
Rice Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. cooked rice, 1 lb. hamburger, 2 c. spaghetti sauce, 8 oz. sour cream and 4 oz. cheddar cheese, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Saute hamburger until meat is done.
Drain.
In a glass casserole dish spoon the cooked rice evenly on the ungreased bottom.
Crumble the drained hamburger on top.
With a teaspoon, place sour cream in plops randomly across other ingredients to suit individual taste.
Gently pour spaghetti sauce over all ingredients.
Top with 2 cheeses.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
