Rice Dressing
Rice Dressing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. meat (ground), 3 cans french onion soup, bell pepper, celery and green onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Season meat with Tony's Creole seasoning and garlic powder. Turn meat on high.
Add chopped pepper and celery.
Brown meat until sticks to the bottom.
Pour about 2 cups of water to make gravy.
Add onion soup.
Heat until boiling.
Add raw rice and green onions.
Turn on low fire and cook until done, stirring occasionally.
Simmer 15 minutes.
