Rice Curry
Rice Curry is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. water (salted), 1 tsp. margarine, 2/3 c. rice, 2 slices bacon (sliced thin) and 1/2 medium onion, diced small, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cook the rice with margarine and salt.
Bring to a boil and reduce heat to simmer.
Simmer for 20 minutes (covered).
Saute bacon and onion.
Fry hamburger (drain off fat); add curry powder. Combine meat, bacon, onion, rice and small can of tomato sauce. Mix well in a casserole.
Bake in a 325Β° oven for 30 minutes.
