Rice Cream Pie
Rice Cream Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. corn syrup, 1/2 c. peanut butter, 3 c. rice krispies and 1 qt. vanilla ice cream, slightly softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Stir corn syrup and peanut butter well mixed in a large bowl.
Add Rice Krispies; mix until well coated.
Press mixture evenly and firmly into a buttered
9-inch pie pan.
Chill until firm.
Spread ice cream evenly into pie shell.
Into wedges to serve.
Top with fresh fruit: peaches, strawberries.
I like to thicken my fresh fruit a little.
