Rice Chile Verde
Rice Chile Verde is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pt. sour cream, 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, 2 green onions (and tops), sliced, 4 c. cooked, salted white rice and 1 large tomato, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In a 2-quart casserole, layer half the rice, half the sour cream mixed with the onions and chilies, half the grated cheese, all the tomato slices and repeat the rice, sour cream, cheese, layering once more. Sprinkle with parsley or paprika for color after heating and before serving.
Heat in microwave of a 350Β° oven.
