Rice Chantilly
Rice Chantilly is an easy dinner. Made with 3 c. cooked rice (this is 1 1/2 c. uncooked instant rice), 1 1/2 c. sour cream, 1 tsp. salt and 1/2 c. grated cheese (or velveeta), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine rice, sour cream, salt and cheese.
Spread into buttered 1-quart dish. Bake about 5 minutes.
Take out and stir. Smooth out mixture.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup grated cheese on top.
Bake 15 minutes more.
