Rice Casserole
Rice Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. rice, 1/2 stick butter, 1/2 onion, finely minced, 1 c. bouillon and 1 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Brown rice in heavy iron skillet in butter until golden.
Just before rice is fully browned, add minced onion.
Mix rice with all other ingredients and bake in greased casserole, uncovered, for 45 minutes in a 350Β° oven.
