Rice Casserole
Rice Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. chicken broth, 1 1/3 c. long grain rice, 1 stick margarine, melted, 1 can onion soup and 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix broth, margarine, onion soup and mushrooms in a pan and heat.
Add rice and mix.
Pour into a 2-quart casserole dish. Cover and bake in preheated oven at 400° for 15 minutes.
Remove lid; reduce heat to 350° and bake another 30 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
