Made with 2 large onions, sliced, 1 stick margarine, 3 c. uncooked minute rice, 2 cans mushrooms (with liquid) and 3 c. beef broth or 3 beef bouillon cubes dissolved in hot water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Saute onions in margarine in a large skillet. Add rice and cook until rice turns golden. Add other ingredients quickly.
Pour into ungreased 2-quart casserole and bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes.
