Rice Casserole
Rice Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. cooked rice (1 c. uncooked), 2 onions, chopped fine, 2 carrots, grated, 3 stalks celery, chopped fine and 1 can cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Place a layer of finely shredded cabbage in a casserole and season with salt, pepper and butter.
A layer of cracker crumbs.
Continue until casserole is full.
Finish with a layer of crumbs. Cover with milk which preheated. Bake 1 1/2 hours in a slow oven.
