Rice Casserole
Rice Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 3 tbsp. soy sauce, 1 c. water and 3/4 c. uncooked rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Heat together mushroom soup, chicken soup, soy sauce and water. Add rice.
Brown hamburger and bean sprouts.
Mix all together. Put into greased casserole.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Stir occasionally.
If too thick, add 1/4 to 1/2 cup water, small amount at a time.
