Rice Balls
Rice Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. hamburger, 2 eggs, 2 c. minute rice, 2 c. tomato juice and green pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix meat and rice.
Add eggs, onions and peppers.
Pour 1/4 cup of tomato juice to moisten.
Add sugar to tomato juice and fill with water to 2 cups.
Make meatballs.
Place in skillet and pour juice over.
Cook, turning once, about 25 to 30 minutes.
