Ribs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. spareribs (country-style), 1 c. strained peaches (two 4 1/2 oz. jars baby food), 1/2 c. catsup, 1/3 c. vinegar and 2 tsp. ginger, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Rub spareribs on both sides with salt and pepper.
Put ribs in foil lined shallow pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 450°. Drain fat. Pour sauce over ribs.
Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350°, basting occasionally.
