Rhubarb Wine is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 lb. rhubarb, chopped fine, 4 qt. boiling water, 5 lb. sugar, 2 oranges, cut in 4's and 2 lemons, cut in 4's, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Add water to rhubarb.
Cover and set aside for 3 days.
Strain. To liquid, add sugar, oranges, lemons, potato and yeast.
Cover and set aside for 14 days.
Strain.
Transfer to tight sealed container.
Ready to drink in 2 to 3 months.
