Rhubarb Torte
Rhubarb Torte is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/3 c. flour, 7 tbsp. powdered sugar, 2/3 c. oleo or butter, 3 to 4 oz. box strawberry jell-o and cool whip or ice cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix the flour, powdered sugar and butter together and pat into 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Bake 15 minute at 350Β°.
Meanwhile, prepare rhubarb, sugar, eggs, flour, baking powder and salt.
Mix well with rhubarb.
Pour these last ingredients into the baked crust.
Bake approximately 40 minutes.
