Rhubarb Surprise Kuchen
Rhubarb Surprise Kuchen is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sifted flour, 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. salt, 3 tbsp. butter and 1 egg, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Sift together flour, baking powder and salt; cut in butter. Add egg and milk.
Mix well.
Press into greased 8 x 12-inch pan. Arrange rhubarb in pan.
Sprinkle with Jell-O.
Combine flour, sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on top of cake.
Bake at 350Β° for 50 minutes.
