Rhubarb Sauce
Rhubarb Sauce is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. to 2/3 c. sugar, 3 c. rhubarb and 1/2 to 3/4 c. strawberries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In a medium saucepan, combine sugar and 1/4 cup water.
Bring to a boil.
Add rhubarb.
Reduce heat.
Cover and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
Add strawberries and simmer for another 5 minutes.
