Rhubarb Punch
Rhubarb Punch is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. fresh or frozen chopped rhubarb, 1 c. water, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 c. (6 oz.) frozen pink lemonade concentrate, thawed and 1 (1 liter) bottle lemon-lime soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In a large saucepan, combine rhubarb, water and sugar.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 5 to 10 minutes or until rhubarb is tender.
Cool slightly.
In a blender process half the mixture at a time until smooth.
Combine all ingredients.
In a large container, add enough water to make 1 gallon.
Serve on ice.
